Here at Greensboro OBGYN Associates we are always accepting new patients. Regardless of whether you are pregnant, simply due for an annual check-up, or are experiencing a gynecological problem; we are happy to welcome you to our office. We know going to the doctor can be a little overwhelming at times, prior to scheduling we have you complete our new patient forms to save you time during your visit.
Please note that by completing the new patient forms, this does not guarantee you an appointment with our practice. Our New Patient Coordinator will review your packet, check your insurance eligibility and network, and our appointment availability; then she will reach out within 7 business days.
Remember to bring a list of any medications you may currently be taking as well as any previous medical records you may want to provide. Our mission is to provide quality care to our patients, and we are happy to help you in any way we can.
